Protezi destekleyecek olan di\u015fler normalden daha fazla strese maruz kalacaklar\u0131ndan, destek di\u015flerin alveoler kemik deste\u011finin kalitesi ve miktar\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Periodontal dokular\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan herhangi bir lezyon veya enfeksiyona sahip olmas\u0131 veya zay\u0131f periodontal deste\u011fi sonucunda klinik olarak enfeksiyon veya l\u00fcksasyon bulgular\u0131 g\u00f6stermesi arzu edilmez. Alveol deste\u011fi zay\u0131f bir di\u015fi destek olarak kullanmaktansa, di\u015f \u00e7ekimi sonucu kom\u015fu di\u015ften\r\ndestek almak daha iyi sonu\u00e7 verecektir.\r\n\r\n<strong>Kron-k\u00f6k Oran\u0131<\/strong>\r\nKron-k\u00f6k oran\u0131 1:2 oldu\u011funda, uygun di\u015f deste\u011fi ve stabilite elde edilir.
